Participants

The Symbols of Hope model works to empower a wide range of people who have fallen through the gaps in society. This may not always be limited to people in crisis situations, moreover a much broader view people facing challenges that are almost impossible for them to overcome themselves.

At its heart however it is an agnostic empowerment program, designed to meet people where they are and help them to reach their potential.  It is open to people from all backgrounds, looking to improve their lives and build a pathways and their own personal dreams.

 

Since 2015, the Pure group of social enterprises has worked with:

  • Refugees and asylum seekers

  • Women and families escaping domestic violence

  • At-risk youth

  • At-risk Indigenous people

  • People recovering from a form of addiction

  • People living with a mental illness

  • People living with a disability

  • Older Australians facing financial challenges
